Roots Tree Saver

Introduction

Roots Tree Saver puts back into the soil, what man-made landscapes have taken away. Tree Saver contains beneficial mycorrhizal fungi that work to create a secondary root system that provides a dramatic increase in the plant's ability to extract water and mineral elements from the soil. This is critical for the quick establishment of a new tree or shrub.

Description

ROOTS® PHC® Tree Saver® is a comprehensive soil inoculant combining mycorrhizal fungi,
beneficial rhizosphere bacteria and Myconate® (formononetin), a naturally occuring isoflavone
that increases root colonization by VA mycorrhizal (VAM) fungi. Also included are Roots® PHC® Terra-Sorb® hydrogels to hold moisture in the root zone, humic acids and various microbial

Directions

Mix into the backfill when transplanting trees and shrubs. Follow application rates based on the diameter of the planting hole, or on stem caliper according to the chart below. Mix product in a ringshaped volume of soil around the upper portion of the root ball, extending from the soil surface to a depth of about 8 inches and extending from the root ball outward about 8 inches.

APPLICATION RATES

Use one 3oz packet per tree or one 3oz packet for two 3 gallon shrubs.

STORAGE

Store at temperatures between 50° and 90° F in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
